Aesica Appoints BD VP

Detlef Behrens has been appointed vice president of business development for Finished Dose at Aesica. Mr. Behrens is responsible for business development for finished dose services covering formulation development, bulk manufacturing and packaging, across the international Group. He reports directly to Ian Muir, managing director of Finished Dose. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Behrens held senior business development roles at Piramal and Next Pharma.
 
Also, Sven Wrabletz has been named business development director for Finished Dose, responsible for development, manufacturing and packaging covering Northern Germany, Benelux and Eastern Europe. Both positions are based in Germany.  Mr. Wrabletz reports to Mr. Behrens.
